Background/Pedigree

Daughter of 4-time Olympian, gold and silver medalist Madeline Manning Mims and martial arts prodigy Roderick Mims. Younger sister to revered personal trainer and former Track & Field mega house, John Jackson. Fully scholarshiped alum of the University of Missouri (Go Tigers!).

Who is Coach Lana

A devoted high-energy fitness professional who brings joy and knowledge to every session. With a name meaning “Light” and “Love” Coach Lana truly lives up to the title. Which really means she will smile and make you laugh while kicking your butt in the workout ;)
